At Bloom Beauty, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for our customers.


1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Confirmed orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours.
  • Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location and our courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on geographical location, product availability, and courier partner constraints.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Eligibility (Charges)

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹399.
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹399.
  • Orders from specific locations (e.g., Northeast states, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep) may have an additional shipping fee.
  • The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your pin code and displayed before payment.

3. Damaged or Defective Shipments

  • If you receive a defective product, please file a single complaint within 48 hours of delivery. We will process the return or replacement accordingly.
  • Do not accept any package that appears tampered or damaged during delivery. If you notice damage, refuse the package and contact our support team immediately

4. Extended Delivery Time

For remote locations, hilly regions, and select states like Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Northeast states (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura), and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, delivery may take 5-10 working days instead of the standard 2-5 working days.


5. Delivery Restrictions

  • Due to regulatory or courier limitations, certain pin codes in Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast India, and border regions may not be serviceable.
  • If your pin code is unserviceable, our team will reach out to you with alternative delivery options

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Blooms Beauty is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.

  • Please contact our support team at support@thebloombeauty.in within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package.


8. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@thebloombeauty.in Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
